Replacing a 9-foot diameter corrugated metal culvert with an approximately 39-foot wide concrete box culvert, pedestrian path, and reconstructed stream channel. It includes coordination of utility relocations to be done by others, including fiber optic cables, a 12-inch high-pressure natural gas main, and 16-inch and 20-inch high-pressure fuel pipe lines owned by Olympic Pipe Line Company.
