Work contemplated to be performed under this contract is as follows:
Addition of a southbound lane on 120th Avenue NE (between NE 5th Street and the
combined Home Depot/Best Buy driveway)
Street frontage improvements including sidewalks, landscaping and irrigation, street lights,
stormwater treatment, drainage conveyance, curb, gutter, walls, paving, retaining walls,
grading and driveway access.
New traffic signal at the 120th Avenue NE/NE 6th Street intersection and channelization
modifications.
